USAIN BOLT'S DAILY DIET

As compared to our body, an athlete has a whole different diet as compared to an average human being. The energy consumed by an athlete will affect their daily diet, one simple example is a swimmer, due to the energy consumed each day, and the swimmer would eat more carbohydrates to gain energy. These athletes have to consume a large portion of carbohydrates like rice, bread and pasta to keep their energy levels high. IN conclusion, an athlete's diet may differ from our diet due to the activities they perform each day.

Usain Bolt's daily routine consists of many training exercise that include balance training, weight lifting and even flexibility training. He also pays daily visits to the gym for an hour. Usain bolt consumes 6 meals a day to ensure stable energy level and for him to consume enough nutrients per day. I believe that Usain Bolt has a steady diet, he occasionally eats junk food but other than that he has a very good diet that I wouldn't want to change. Usian Bolt normally wats cooked banana, a lot of pastas and food that aid on his vitamin a and c, he also eats potato and saltfish.
